Voluntary Action Vale Royal is one of the growing network of
over 300 Councils for Voluntary Service (CVS) throughout England.
We help to promote voluntary and community action by supporting
local voluntary and community groups and by acting as a voice
for the local voluntary and community sector.
Originally founded as Northwich
and District Council of Social Service in
1922, we were reformed as Vale Royal CVS in 1977 and then
as Voluntary Action Vale Royal, a charitable company limited
by guarantee in 2006. Although over 80 years old, our services
and the support we give today are as relevant as ever.
